Title: How to post pictures

Clicking the left button above the smiley icons will embed a publicly found image like the following familiar XLH Network picture.
Or you can upload a picture using the "Attachment and Other Options".  The attachment must be under 128K size.  If your picture is larger you can use a picture editor software package installed on your computer, if any, or use websites such as http://picresize.com (http://picresize.com) or http://webresizer.com (http://webresizer.com) or similar
